Rooms are decent size, very clean and bed is comfortable. Food is absolutely amazing! I only had a thin duvet and it was cold in my room when I arrived at 5:30pm. I put the heating on (a/c) to 23 which was highest it would go and I still wasn’t warm by midnight. The restaurant was a great temperature but my room was as cold as the corridor. It’s not manned 24/7 so had to put up with the cold but got very little sleep. Towel radiator wasn’t working either and no other heat in bathroom so was a quick shower! Breakfast is fab with plenty of choice. Never any salt or pepper on tables? Only gripe with breakfast is I’m a coffee snob and I drink tea as filter coffee is just awful. Overall good stay and I’d return

We chose 315 to say and have an overnight get away. Hotel part is lovely, room good. Food was enjoyable however personally I was unable to eat my main meal as it was growing in sauce with chips same. I am also allergic to almonds, was not asked and actually suffered a small reaction so had to manage that however staff lovely and friendly

The receptionist who checked us in was unhelpful,did not escort us to our room to show us how to work the heating etc. The bathroom was cold and badly ventilated,the walls and floor were dripping wet after each shower.Great difficulty in getting any customer service, Food OK except my breakfast scrambled eggs had been under a warmer for a long time so were congealed. Not a friendly comfortable place to stay.

The hotel was well appointed with lovely bedroom. Excellent food and nice staff
