Perfect Place for a Family or Group
Booking this place was a happy mistake! We were initially worried about its distance from Interlaken since our plan was to rely on the free local buses using the Visitor Pass. However, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Located in the beautiful town of Leissigen, the house was clean, spacious, and even gave us a glimpse of the lake. Our host kindly helped us secure our Visitor Passes, allowing us to easily take the free bus back and forth to Interlaken and explore the surrounding areas. Plus, exploring Leissigen itself was an unexpected highlight—it's an equally gorgeous part of Switzerland. The space was very comfortable, featuring clean bedding with four beds in the main room and an extra bed in the living room. We were able to cook our own meals thanks to a local market nearby for fresh produce. One of our favorite spots was the outdoor patio—a peaceful place to relax, soak in the quiet, and watch the trains go by. This is truly a fantastic place to stay when visiting the Interlaken area!
