The Kings Head Hotel was a great place to stay. We had an excellent and very large meal the day we arrived and the bar/restaurant staff were both attentive and courteous. Our room was huge and the bed was excellent, we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast whilst only continental provided a good selection and the service was excellent. All in all a great place to stay.

Lovely quaint property,generous sized room and large comfy bed. Restaurant wasn't open on the evening of our stay (Sunday) so we had to have the Roast at 5pm. Food was delicious and plentiful,prices reasonable,staff friendly and efficient. The property is very remote and we didn't book breakfast,however,we discovered a lovely Tea room less than half a mile from the property which we would highly recommend!

Wonderful surroundings Pleasantly surprising A beadle and a bard would stay here Families welcomed and even their pets!

Stayed in the main building for 1 night in June. Good room, all we needed and would stay again. Had dinner and the food was very good and vfm. Staff working hard and delivering good service. Sat outside (front) in the sun in the afternoon which was very pleasant too. There is also a rear garden but we didn't use this.

We booked 2 nights stay at the Kings Head as we travelled up from Cardiff for a family funeral. We couldn't fault it. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff we very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were fabulous and the beds were super comfy and huge!! The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent too. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.
