The wonderful old vicarage
Tricia and Andrew are outstanding hosts. They are very welcoming and make every effort to ensure you stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the facilities local to Tideswell is comprehensive. The breakfast menu is varied, delicious and there is something for everyone. Our bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. Excellent shower, with simple controls. CW for hot ACW for cold. There is a beautiful large garden where you can sit outside and enjoy a nice glass of wine and listen to the birdsong. The old vicarage is well served by some very good pubs and restaurants within a short walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the old vicarage to anyone who wants a nice relaxing break.

Home from home
Made to feel so welcome from the start of our stay at the Old Vicarage, we had a car so perfect location for us to explore the Peak District. The Star Inn next door gave fantastic home made english pies for supper.. so good it is a busy pub but not the only one in the beautiful little village of Tideswell.. Thanks to all.. we had a lovely holiday.

We were spoiled by the hospitality at The Old Vicarage
Tricia and Andrew were the perfect hosts. The accommodations were beautiful and spotlessly clean and fresh; this B&B is a fabulous value for it's price and the best among all that we visited while in England for 2 weeks. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our visit.
