I work away a LOT so spend a considerable amount of my time at various hotels, B&B's and Inn's throughout the UK. I can hands down say with hand on heart from the owners to the staff, Shaun the sheepdog, pub, food and rooms, locals and location this is hands down the warmest and most welcoming place I have ever stayed! The fact this is my 5th week on the trot that I have stayed here speaks volumes. You will not regret staying here and you will want to return at the soonest opportunity I guarantee you that. Even once my time here is done I know I shall return. I can't recommend this Inn enough. Thank you Dene, Rob, Shaun and all the staff!

Didn’t spend much time at the inn but staff were friendly - room was clean with nice touches like - refreshments , books etc - breakfast was lovely although not included in price . Worth the £9.50 though

This a well located Inn, not far form Hull yet close to Lincolnshire coast. The area is rural and quiet, yet easily accessible. The Inn's rooms are modern, well equipped and roomy. The staff is friendly and excellent in making you comfortable. Tghe pub has a large child-friendly garden. You get a lot for the price.
