We needed a place to stay after a wedding and the motel-style room that was accessed via the car park had all the basics. Bed comfy. En-suite could do with updating; there was a faint smell of mildew, although it was clean. Staff pleasant and breakfast decent.

We were running late, and the hotel manager was very understanding and helpful. The accommodation was in chalet rooms, which were clean and comfortable, with clean bedding, towels, and tea/coffee making. Breakfast started at 8 am, which was a bit late for us since we had a full day ahead, although this normally wouldn't have been an issue. The breakfast was excellent and enough to set you up for the day. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

The food was outstanding The staff warm and friendly and efficient The room basic shower area requires work as it smelled slightly as mildew in shower area snd window cil Bed mattress old and lumpy snd quilt needs replacing pillows also then it will be all good Overall not bad some fantastic some could be better but would stay again with these improvements

Me and my girlfriend stayed the night, the staff were lovely and the room was tidy and cozy. Only issue was the internet not reaching the bed in the room we stayed in. But other than that, perfect :)

An interesting place to stay. The rooms are fairly small but everything was in good condition. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. I did have a room cleaning issue when I checked in but the staff sorted it straight away. The food in the bar is very good quality and the selection is excellent. £10 midweek menu is excellent
