Stunning hotel, exceptionally clean and staff were incredible. Bar/restaurant and food were all amazing and couldn’t fault the place. Only downside was we booked for the jacuzzi room for a special occasion and unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work, we tried to contact reception via the in-house phone which too wasn’t working. We were unable to visit reception due to the timings so we done without the jacuzzi but apart from that it was perfect

Beautiful hotel

1. They told me i could only have garlic butter with steak that it wasn't worth their while to spend money on the cream to make the peppercorn sauce to go with the steak. 2. The central heating in my room was set to 'defrost' when i checked in at about 5:30 pm. 3. When you book directly with the hotel, breakfast is included but when via 3rd party no breakfast is included and both prices are the same! 4. There is never any staff at reception; you walk to walk around to find somebody to check you / out
