Wonderful night's sleep on comfortable big bed. It is what it says on the can B&B ideal for 1 or 2 nights and is fine. Staff are on site at breakfast time so, a warm welcome or anyone answering the phone if you have a problem may not happen at other times in the day. The fruit bowl had the same fruit in it every day and wasn't covered (Maybe not changed) The bedrooms are beautifully designed but, after several years could do with freshening by cleaning some of the chairs and carpets. That said it looks lovely and really depends on what your visit is for. I hope this is seen as constructive as it was ideal in so many ways.

We had a superior king room. It was lovely. Very clean. Comfy bed and bedding. Large bathroom. Great view. Over looking the canal and hills. A little noisy from the traffic, we had the windows open, it was very warm. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast which my partner wasn't happy about but I loved it, there was plenty of selection, lots of different things to choose from, good coffee. They catered for me, I am lactose intolerant. Good system for getting in and out of the building. Very organised. Good location.

I recently stayed here on a 24 hr visit to Hebden Bridge. The HT B&B met my expectations in regard to the accommodation and services advertised but the staff did not. My security and privacy were compromised during my overnight stay and I have written to them to voice my concerns but as they have not responded I cannot envisage staying there ever again nor do I recommend them.

Rooms were fantastic and the staff were great.
