I beleive the price was fair for the age and standard of the hotel. The leasure ficility is seperate so you need to pay for towel use if staying? little strange for hotel guests. Staff friendly good breakfast.

Nice hotel just needs a little updating. One tea/coffee machine for breakfast service not good enough. Toast is a do it yourself experience as well. You can’t make your toast and time it for the arrival of your cooked breakfast. Rooms good but a little light on tea/coffee, toiletries etc. all available from reception of course. Overall very good, just slightly annoying!

Booked last minute overnight stay for a wedding. Staff were brilliant, hotel and grounds are lovely. Only criticism was that the rooms weee too hot and you couldn’t turn down the radiator

Stayed on the first weekend of February for one night. Lovely welcome at reception, friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was being refurbished and there was a limited menu we still enjoyed our evening meal. The new look to the hotel is lovely and we enjoyed using the swimming pool and sauna and steam room which were both hot enough for us. Room was clean but for the first time as we have stayed here a lot, the view was of a wall not over the golf course. Would recommend a stay here

Great hotel on a roadtrip for us. Spa and staff were lovely. Golf was easy to book and in good condition. Excellent value for money
