Guests under 18 are welcome only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian/responsible adult who is staying at the property. Independent bookings by anyone under 21 are not accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the lead guest does not meet the minimum age requirement.🛡️ The responsible adult accepts full responsibility for all occupants, the property, and their conduct throughout the stay.🚫🎉 Strictly no parties, gatherings, stag or hen parties, or loud music. Please note that the property has two double beds, so families travelling with more than one child may find the sleeping arrangements less suitable, particularly where separate sleeping arrangements are required.🤫Quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am. **Please respect the neighbours**! This includes being mindful on floors, walls and outside the accommodation.
