Staff were nice and helpful to our needs. Room was very spacious we could even play dodgeball!

Could have been a five star review but one particular staff at dinner time completely ruined it. After completing the OLT, I was hoping to have a great dinner to celebrate. I booked the table and was there at the time. However, the staff was either in a hurry or not happy with the job. No smile while taking the order is fine but an irritated face just spoils the mood. No wonder they could not get my drinks order right. Finally, after finishing the dinner, I was waiting to order dessert but the staff never came back, not even to bring the bill. In the end I had to get up and pay my bill at the counter. Most of the other staff were very nice, polite and friendly.

Lodgeに2泊し3日目初めて宿泊しました。お部屋は普通ですが、自然の林に面し美しい景色が楽しめます。 暖房が簡易式で、浴室に換気扇が装備されていなかったのがややマイナス。 夕食でAltitudeを利用しましたが、正直美味しくなかったです。 Pork Bellyはこのホテルの名物かもしれませんが、味付けがなく、牛のステーキの焼き加減もイマイチ。くるみロケットサラダは、油まみれで、見た目も雑な仕上げで気分が悪くなりました。値段は一皿40ドル以上ですので値段に見合った料理ではないです。 隣の席の方も、不機嫌になって早々に帰っていました。朝食はスタンダードの品揃えですが、美味しくいただきました。調理する方次第と思いますが、夕食の料理以外は満足の滞在でした。

Good location, price a bit pricey, room is good with small balcony with ‘living room’ in the room. The receptionist is excellent, really helpful but the staff from kitchen or not quite sure which department was a bit rude maybe She had a bad day at that time. But overall is perfect.. bonus when it’s snowy couldn’t ask for more.
