Despite the location and the river view, the room carpet is extremely dirty and the room smells bad. The worst part is that the bath tub is not working at all. There is no instruction to use the bath tub for switching to hot water and using the jacuzzi which I could manage finally but the bath tub leaked totally. So I can’t even have a shower there. Luckily, I stayed there for only one night as it’s close to the airport. I won’t choose this hotel again on next visit.

Then, what I like about the hotel is that because it has a personal, each room has a their own washer and dryer in the toilet. Uh, heat dryer, heater, dryer, and then, what else? There's a microwave, a small kitchenette with all the cutleries and plates and pots and pans. There's a um um dishwasher and also there's also a cooker, induction cooker. That's what I like about the room. And also, there's a balcony that you can see looking over a pool. I paid extra for a balcony overviewing the river... I only saw trees. The balcony door lock was jammed... had to get the mechanic ! No bottled weter included. Wi fi too slow to make connection via smart TV for You Tube or Netflix ! The toilet flush kept leaking all night, very annoying. Breakfast medeokre for 4* hotel. Everything was cooked (eggs, toast, sausages etc) but was all cold even at 7am !! Very well situated close to the town, but of no real toeristical importance. I recommend staying only for max 2 nights for drive through from airport. Fantastic waterfall only 9km.

When I arrived, two receptionists were talking with each other, and totally ignored me. After half a minute I held out my passport, one of them took it, and continued talking and ignoring. After another minute I asked whether anyone would like to refer to me. One of them said in they r busy changing shifts, and continued explaining all the things they need to do. No welcome, no apologies, no smile, no manners. The next day I shared the story with the manager. She apologized and gave me a free brkfst. In the room there is no safe, the phone didnt work and one bed lamp was broken. Room cleaning is sloppy.

We booked this hotel because its near to the airport as we have to catch a morning flight . The hotel is huge and clean. The scenery was nice too. Staff are very helpful. Overall recommended.
