• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1. Check-In, Check-Out & Security Deposit

• Timings: Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards | Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of ₹10,000 is required before check-in. It is fully refunded post-checkout, subject to a damage and rule violation inspection.

• Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs attract a penalty of ₹5,000 per hour.

• 2. Kitchen, Meals & Catering

• Guest can also use the kitchen as shown in the pictures. There is another kitchen on the ground floor accessed only by our cook. It closes at 10:00 PM, and the team retires at 10:30 PM.

• In-House Meals: Cook charges and groceries must be paid in cash at the villa. Please order 24 hours in advance due to our remote hill location.

• Meal Timings:

• Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Note: Breakfast served after 10:00 AM on multi-night stays is chargeable)

• Lunch: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | High Tea: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

• BBQ: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Dinner: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• 3. Group Mix & Occupancy

• Stag Groups: This property is not suitable for all-male groups; bookings violating this will be canceled.

• Guest Count: Total guests must match the booking reservation. Discrepancies may result in immediate booking cancellation.

• Events: Corporate off-sites and events are permitted but require prior approval and separate, usage-based charges.

• 4. Accompanied Staff Policy

• Male Staff (Drivers/Help): Not permitted inside the villa. We can assist in arranging nearby budget guesthouse accommodations and meals at an extra cost.

• Female Staff: Maximum of 2 female staff members allowed to stay inside the villa (floor mattresses provided) at ₹1,000 per staff member, per night.

• 5. Smoking, Pets & Noise

• Smoking: Strictly forbidden inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only on balconies/outdoors. Indoor smoking attracts a ₹10,000 penalty. Please dispose of butts responsibly.

• Noise Limits: No loud or outdoor music after 10:00 PM. Low-volume, indoor music is permitted overnight.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• 6. Zero-Tolerance Policy

• Illegal Activity: Narcotics, prostitution, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Suspected violations will result in immediate eviction and escalation to local police.

• 7. Add-On Services (Available at Extra Cost)

• Bonfire: ₹2,000 (approx. 2 hours)

• Live Singer & Karaoke: ₹7,000 (3 hours)

• Decorations and curated experiences can be arranged upon prior request.
