Beulah Guest House

Having stayed a night in Portrush, it was Friday & I was trying to stay a 2nd night in town, at a more affordable rate than it costs on a Friday night where I'd been. I booked at Beulah a single room with private external bathroom & was given instead a little double room with a little ensuite loo & shower room - probably an upgrade. Very clean, nice host, convenient, comfortable. Internet tv with apps, kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate & good, hot water in the shower. This makes a difference for Portrush in late spring & early summer - it can be chilly. Beulah was the cheapest I saw for one person in Portrush booking on the same day for a Friday on the last day of May. B&B Breakfast available but I went out for breakfast, as a vegetarian not risking booking at Beulah. (In case it didn't have veg sausages which I knew I could find with breakfast elsewhere in the town. Beulah may have those - I don't know.) Little lounge - sitting room, also with TV and the place has its own parking to the rear via another street. Good value in these expensive times for accommodation. Simple, easy place. Recommended.

Had a lovely stay, very clean and in a central location. Teresa is a lovely lady. Breakfast was very good and all other staff were pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely go back again.

Beulah Guesthouse is a five-minute walk from everything in Portrush - beach, train station, bus stops, shops, restaurants. But the walls are super thin and the floors creak whenever someone moves. Also it's opposite a pub so if your window faces the road, as our did, you'll hear people all night. The room itself is clean but small. Breakfast is lovely!
