Red Carpet Inn Lancaster PA Amish Country

You booked me in a hotel that had no rooms and have not refunded my money yet so no one should use your services

The hotel wasn’t bad just needs updating and also I think the bed sheets were changed because I found hair which the the sheets should have been changed, also we could here people next to us which wasn’t great either slamming doors

The toilet seat was broken. They came in when we were not there. They empty the trash but did not make the bed.

The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. Rooms were clean and privacy was wonderful. I would highly recommend this establishment. When I needed a safe comfortable place they came through in every way. Hats off to the staff. They deserve a raise.

This place was way nicer than what you would think. The front desk lady was very sweet & even called me in my room to make sure it was okay & see if I needed anything. It was very clean and felt safe compared to a lot of other cheap motel options. Highly recommended.
