Comtesse Lisbonne Guest House by Homing

Our stay at the Comtesse Lisbonne Guest House was an absolute delight. From the charming decor to the warm and welcoming staff, we felt right at home throughout our visit. The location was perfect walking distabe to cafes and public transport, allowing us to explore the vibrant streets of Lisbon with ease. The attention to detail and personalised service made our stay truly memorable, and we can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

The start of my stay didn't go smoothly. I was arriving late in the night and I were to receive entrance codes. It was a few hours before I arrive and yet I didn't. No one was responding to Agoda messages I sent. No one could find my booking when I called and messaged the property on WhatsApp. So, some stress, then they found the reservation which they said was at another property they managed and sent me the code in the end. The rest of the stay was fine, but the first hour left an impression.

My notes: Finding the place was initially difficult. You have to go through a locked green door. Hot water runs out quick (heater is in the bathroom), so no long hot showers. Nice breeze in my room kept things fresh. Heater worked really well. Bed is firm. Location is a 5-7 minute walk from most things (metro, bolt, laundry, restaurants).

The staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent amenities with shared kitchen and living areas, private gated parking, wifi. Highly recommend if you want to be walking distance to US embassy or Catholic college, in comfort!
