The room was spotlessly clean, and all the equipment was working properly. However, we had a very unsettling experience that significantly affected our stay. After returning to the hotel right after parking, we saw a hotel staff member open the door to our room using a master key. He said he thought we had already checked out. What made this especially concerning was that our room key card was still with us at the time, and we had not checked out or returned the key. We also still had around 12 hours left before our scheduled checkout the following day. After that incident, we could no longer sleep comfortably because we kept worrying about the possibility of someone entering our room again using a master key. Overall, the hotel was clean and excellent in many ways.

10/10, Definitely go back again!
