• Shoes off:

• Please remove your shoes before entering the property.

• Quiet hours:

• Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum after 11:00 PM to respect our neighbors.

• No smoking indoors:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. (A cleaning and deodorizing fee of THB 5,000 will be charged if smoking is detected indoors).

• Energy conservation:

• Please turn off all electrical appliances, air conditioners, and lights before leaving the property.

• Waste disposal:

• Kindly dispose of all garbage properly in the provided bins to help keep the space clean.

• Bedrooms:

• To prevent pests and permanent stains, please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the bedrooms.

• Security:

• Make sure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving the property.

• Visitors:

• This property is for registered guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

• Pets:

• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted.

• Furniture:

• Please do not move or rearrange the furniture without prior permission.

• Late checkout:

• Late checkout is available at 500 THB per hour, or as otherwise agreed upon with the host based on availability.

• Please use all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. In the event of loss, damage, or stains that are beyond standard cleaning, the following replacement charges will apply.

• Lost Key: 500.- THB / key

• Lost Keycard / Key tag: 500.- THB / piece

• Foot Mat / Bath Mat: 200.- THB / piece

• Hair Towel: 200.- THB / piece

• Bath Towel: 300.- THB / piece

• Pillowcase: 200.- THB / piece

• Other Linens / Bedding: THB 300.- THB / piece

• Other Equipment, Kitchenware, and Appliances:

• Charged at the actual receipt price or current market replacement value (based on standard offline or online retail prices).
