Mismatch of hotel name displayed by Agoda Actual name is Chile by landison Misguide by agoda

Near by airport I will come again next trip

Need a high floor with non smoking room but given a second floor smoking room with left over drinking water and the main window just next to outer walkway with safety concerns

Here’s a polished review you can post on Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, or Agoda: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay with great service and convenient airport shuttle! I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Hotel Sega Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport Terminal. The hotel is very convenient, especially for travellers with an early or late flight. The free airport shuttle service was a great convenience and made the journey to and from the airport so much easier. The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long journey. Everything was comfortable and made the stay very enjoyable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, friendly service, and convenient airport access in Hangzhou. I would happily stay here again! If you want, I can also make it more luxurious/high-end and natural-sounding, like a genuine 5-star Google review.
