We had a very comfortable stay again at this Holiday Inn. We did have a slight hiccup on the first morning; I went to have a shower but the shower hose attachment snapped at the pipe. The staff were quick to assess the situation and we were quickly given a replacement room, and the rest of our stay was nice. The room was clean, and all the usual amenities were provided. My only complaint is that there's no air conditioning fitted in the rooms. A desk fan was provided, but it really didn't help much when it's 34⁰C. The location was OK. It's not within walking distance to Nuneaton town centre, but is situated in an area with plenty of eateries. There's also a cinema, bowling alley, indoor golf, etc.

Arrived at hotel to check in with my daughter..They only had 1 x large double bed left even though twin room was booked. so had to share.. very disappointing. The bedroom window would not close, so very draughty and the heating was broken. Room 217… hopefully it will be all fixed soon! Apart from that nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is good but only one staff to waiter tables and replenished the food when they run short. A lot of work for one staff. We go to crufts every year and stay here, forth time this time and was just let down by the bedroom arrangements . Hopefully next year it will be back to normal service.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, room nice and clean
Everything was good except our room was hot. We were in the middle of a heatwave so really could have done with air conditioning, we had difficulty sleeping as the room was so warm. Luckily reception supplied us with a fan which helped a bit
