• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect other guests and our neighbors.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

• Please help us protect the environment by turning off lights, air conditioning, and water taps when not in use.

• Keep the rooms and shared areas clean and tidy.

• Children are welcome. Parents are responsible for supervising their children, especially near canals, ponds, and gardens.

• Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please contact us before your arrival.

• Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior notice.

• Please respect local customs, nature, and the peaceful village environment.

• Any damage to the property or missing items may incur additional charges.

• Breakfast is included. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies.
