Staff were very friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Room was OK - just needs a bit of attention (ripped wallpaper, curtain hooks missing, mould stains on bathroom ceiling). Bed was comfortable enough and bedding/towels clean. There was plenty of hot water. Restaurant was quite noisy till around 10ish but all quiet after it closed. 9-minute drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, so a great location for early-morning flights.

This place is good for location, but needs work. There was one working power point for the whole room, so had to unplug the TV to boil the jug, charge the ph, etc. The other power point was dangerous - broken with exposed wires and must be fixed urgently. There seemed to be a hole in the shower where water could get through. Big holes under the sink pipes and in cupboards. I was cold in the bed as the duvet was very thin. The water in the tap dribbled out so I was pleasantly surprised to find the shower was good. The Polish cleaner was nice and helped me with my bag and she had cleaned the room well. There was a TV and tea-making. The bus stop to Heathrow terminal 5 just over the road and a shop about 10 minutes walk away.

30 mins from door to through security via bus @ 5 am. Clean and quiet with plenty of options for food for the evening. Great value and simple to check in etc.

The room was very clean, the bed comfy and the sheets crisp and smelled freshly washed. Amenities were somewhat basic, had to hunt around for the bathroom light, and the restaurant only opens at 10am, which precludes breakfast (despite a fridge and kettle the room is NOT self-catering due to lack of a sink, crockery etc). There was no charge-point for my cellphone but the manager/owner leant me a plug when I asked. No bedside lights and despite clean, the bathroom needs some repairing. Location is close to Heathrow which is noisy but convenient for air travel. The restaurant staff were super. Checkout on Sunday morning at 9am was a little adventure as nobody had told me where to leave the keys and the reception was closed. However, the place did what it needed to do for me, provide a clean place to shower and sleep on a weekend convention. Would I recommend it: definitely. The manager and staff are personable and willing to help with things arising. And it is exceptionally clean.

Decent location with parking, nearby shops and bars at a decent price.
