• This lakefront villa is designed for guests seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation. Please respect the tranquil surroundings and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

• 🚫 Registered Guests Only

• Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Parties, events, celebrations, gatherings, and outside visitors are strictly prohibited.

• ♨️ Hot Tub & Sauna

• The hot tub and sauna are available exclusively for registered guests.

• • Please shower before using the hot tub

• • No oils, bath bombs, glitter, dyes, or similar products

• • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover or edges

• • Always replace and secure the cover after use

• • Please use a towel in the sauna to protect wooden surfaces

• Additional cleaning, damage, or misuse may result in extra charges.

• 🌊 Waterfront & Private Dock

• You are welcome to use our private dock directly in front of the house (the one with the boat on top). Please do not use the neighboring docks, as they are privately owned.

• • Use of the dock, shoreline, and waterfront areas is at your own risk

• • Children must be supervised at all times near the water

• • Swimming and water activities are undertaken at guests' own responsibility

• • Please secure personal belongings and floating equipment

• 🧹 Before Check-Out

• A professional cleaning fee is included; however, we kindly ask guests to:

• • Dispose of all household waste

• • Remove food from the refrigerator

• • Rinse dishes and start the dishwasher if used

• • Leave the villa in reasonably tidy condition

• ⚠️ Damage & Responsibility

• Please report any accidental damage immediately so issues can be resolved quickly and fairly. Unreported damage or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges according to Agoda policies.

• 🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa and near open doors or windows.

• 🚗 Parking

• Free private parking is available on-site. Please park only in designated parking areas and avoid blocking neighboring access roads or driveways.
