I travelled to Guimaraes for university and while I was looking for long term accommodation, I booked 3 nights at Guimaraes Living Hostel & Adventure. The hostel owner Joana made planning for my trip so easy. Gave me clear instructions on how to find the hostel when my flight arrived late. She is very responsive, very helpful (even helped me carry my heavy luggage) she & very hospitable! The location is central but quiet. Breakfast is filling and the atmosphere of the hostel is warm and welcoming. Had it not for my long term accommodation, I would have stayed longer with this hostel. I would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting Guimaraes.

best hostel and host! i thoroughly enjoyed my stay
