The place has calm atmosphere to it and you can simply relax and enjoy natures views that this place is surounded by. Everything you need is easily accesible within a short trip on a scooter.

This resort is far from Ao Nang, making it a quite serene place yet not so accessible. The highlights were probably just the staff friendliness though they could barely speak English. A few things they could improve: 1. Facilities readiness: we came in around Christmas, most rooms were booked. Given its remote location, it was disappointing to see the pool not even ready for families to use, table tennis balls were not available. So essentially there was little to nothing to do. 2. Update their navigation instructions and a local TH number on Agoda. The address cannot be found on Grab, we got lost along the way and tried contacting the property’s number which was a France number. No one picked up ofcourse. How hard is it to have a local TH number to support incoming guests? 3. Room cleanliness: many insects found in the room, daily cleaning was a 10 min task (we saw them clean the rooms next door). No change of bedsheet, linens. Some lights were broken, there was no TV, furnitures (of this so called new resort) were super old. If they don’t improve, I recommend not staying here at all, there are other places that care more about their guests and service.

Cheay

This place doesn’t have any of the facilities or services it boasts about on Agoda and their website. It’s in the middle of nowhere, not even a convenience story close-by and it’s more of a private bungalow, it’s not a hotel so don’t expect a restaurant, or front-desk, staff or security around. There are stray dogs roaming the property and half of the property is still under construction. This place should be listed as a simple homestay, its deceiving guests and advertising facilities that are not in operation.
