Nice stay , specific pool for the hotel residents , staff was welcoming and friendly , welcoming deserrt platter upon arrival , room was clean and the view was amazing , the only passive thing that the slot at the beach for the hotel residents was very limited and fully loaded with other chalets and tower units guests , which was very very crowded as we went in Eid vacation .

Superb stay!
The room was spacious and very comfortable. We initially booked the Patio Sea View room, but we weren't happy with the lower-level sea view. The hotel kindly moved us to an upper-level Deluxe King Room, which was just as spacious, and the view was absolutely worth it. The resort has many swimming pools, so you'll never get bored. The dinner was amazing—every day featured a different theme, and each night ended with delicious food. The staff were exceptional and made us feel like VVIP guests throughout our stay. The only downside was the entrance process. Since we booked through Agoda, we weren't allowed to enter immediately, even after showing our booking confirmation. However, once we got inside, all the stress disappeared, and the experience was wonderful. Overall, it was definitely worth the money, and I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay indeed
I booked two rooms because I was traveling with my parents. The staff were incredibly kind and generous, arranging for our rooms to be next to each other. We had originally booked a Patio Sea View room and a Patio Pool View room, but the hotel upgraded both of us to higher-floor rooms with stunning sea views. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. As an added bonus, the hotel also allowed us to check out at 3:00 PM at no extra cost, which we truly appreciated. The excellent service and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional
I had a problem checking in because of a mistake I made in the number of persons. The reservation manager and Hala sorted out the problem. I really enjoyed my stay at that hotel. It was short and sweet for the whole family. The kids loved it so much and didn't want to leave.
