The road leading up to the property is entirely unpaved, uneven, and poorly constructed, making both driving and walking a frustrating chore. * **Cramped Design:** The physical structure is heavily restricted. It features a tiny, **small entrance**, and once inside, you are met with a **very small elevator** where **hardly one or two people can fit** at a single time. ### The Amenity Deception: Banned Facilities and Fake Responses Do not let the online brochures or the management's responses fool you. The property listings are packed with absolute lies: * There is **no swimming pool** on the premises. * There is **no onsite restaurant** available. * Virtually every other standard hotel amenity advertised online is completely missing. The **rooms are good and newly done**, featuring clean layouts and fresh interiors. Furthermore, the **internet connectivity is genuinely good**, offering stable browsing speeds. However, the management aggressively skimps on basic guest comfort and room setups: * They provide **just one towel and only two pillows** for the entire room. * The basic **toiletries kit is completely incomplete**, with many essential items left entirely missing upon check-in. ### Final Verdict: "Strictly an Okish Lodge" Hotel Imperial is an aggressively average lodging facility masquerading as a premium hotel online. The beds had a very bad smell. The odor was so strong that I couldn't sleep at night.

It was okay as I was solo traveler. But will be conjested for two. Dental kit and toiletries were provided. Hot water wasn't there. TV wasn't working. Two small water bottles were complimentary. Receipt was not provided at the time of checkout. Check out is 11 am. Check in anytime mentioning that. Breakfast was not complimentary. Power supply was not there so lift was not working at the time of checkout. I felt 2500 per night was a costly price.
