GREEN MOUNT RESORTS

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Green Mount Resort with our farmily (2 adults and 2 children). Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would happily recommend it, especially for families planning a trip to Valparai. What we loved: Excellent location at the foothills of the Western Ghats, making it an ideal stop before driving to Valparai. ♡ We stayed in Room F2, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains amidst mango and coconut plantations. The view and ambience were peaceful and refreshing. ♡ The family room was spacious and comfortable for four people. ♡ Ample shaded parking was a welcome convenience. ♡ The resort offers a good range of family-friendly facilities, including a swimming pool, children's play area, and bicycles for guests. ♡ The staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. ♡ The dinner we ordered was delicious, with generous portions that offered excellent value for money. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also fresh and satisfying. Suggestions for improvement: ◇ Housekeeping and overall cleanliness could be improved. Some areas appeared to need more thorough dusting. ◇ The wash basin tap in our room was loose, and a few bathroom fittings required maintenance. ◇ The air conditioner was leaking water inside the room, and a bucket had been placed to collect it. This should be repaired promptly. ◇ During our stay, the resort was fully occupied, and many guests were enjoying the swimming pool. However, we did not notice the pool water recirculation/filtration system operating. Ensuring regular water circulation and visible maintenance would improve guest confidence in pool hygiene. Overall, our family had a memorable stay. The beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, spacious rooms, good food, and warm hospitality made it an enjoyable experience. With a little more focus on housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and pool upkeep, Green Mount Resort could easily become one of the best family resorts near Pollachi and an excellent base for exploring Valparai.

Staffs were friendly and the Restaurant's menu's seems to be little bit costly., But taste was good. Other than that, had a peaceful stay over there. May Recommended!

Our recent stay at Green mount resorts Pollachi was very good.We stayed in the mountain facing elegant queen room where the views were awesome.Polite staff, very clean rooms. Only downside was the stairs leading to the room which was very slippery as it was raining heavily.If that is sorted out it would be great .

Rooms and Facilities are good. But Service can be improved. There's not enough guys in the resort to give quick service. The price is little expensive for the resort.

This hotel is newly built but it is very unprofessional. It is situated in the interior part of village. At night, reaching there is very difficult. Rooms were poorly managed and full of foul smell. Foods were limited and not upto the mark. Stay was suffocating. Nobody was there to lift luggage.whole hotel was under supervision of one watchman only at night.
