We had a good night's sleep here. Fantastic location to walk across the road to Dynamite bay, the views and early dawn bird chorus. Tasty food, fish and chips and steak sandwich. The kitchen closed at 7 so make sure you arrive before then if you want a meal. Very welcoming staff . No breakfast offered so a couple of options for coffee or local store nearby .

One night stop

Book somewhere else
Our room door lock was broken and intermittantly wouldn't open. Reception were aware of this ongoing issue and advised in an emergency to exit through sliding door to the communal balcony and then through an adjoining room!! Surely a serious breach of fire regulations. At 10pm tried to take a shower only to find no cold water. Raised this with reception the next morning. Again a known ongoing issue and were told should have turned the cold tap on for 2 minutes before water would flow. Both problems exasperated by only basic english of chinese reception staff. Dinner orders needed to be prebooked by 5pm. There are no ensuite only shared bathroom rooms on the ground floor.

Room was exactly as described, super clean not a speck of dust. Shared bathroom was also clean and had a nice smelling defuser.
