Really impressed with the refurbished room with air con & opening window, Shower head needed cleaning - visible pink soap scum / scale smudged on full length mirror and smears on sink tap. Had to clean these on arrival myself to avoid fuss! 1 of the cups and the 2 Teaspoons had been left dirty! Liquid tea on the saucer & teaspoons - not just a few marks! Had to re wash. More care needed from housekeeping ( but management : are you giving enough time / being realistic in your expectations. Your glossy new rooms will soon be neglected and tired unless properly time for cleaning / maintenance is allowed. Runners and seals if the lower edge of the shower doors needs attention- eg hand held steamer to tackle hard to reach areas. Bedding & bed comfy / double glazing but throw pillows had several black marks on them - should have been remove for laundering - let down the rokmx v room. 3rd floor location meant it wad quiet despite facing the main road. 7 mins walk to Edward Rd tube Station /2 mins away from bus stops Lots of fab restaurants / many look uninteresting from outside - but offer fantastic middle-eastern food and brillant hospitality - most are cash only ( there’s a Santander cash machine at the branch on Edward rd - towards the tube station. Guy on reception ( younger, Asian) was professional and accommodating. Reception area is small but one suggestion- could you accommodate a small padded bench or chairs for guests waiting to check in/ speak with you? Arrangements for breakfast weren’t clear and I hadn’t a lot of time so ate close to by the Marylebone station instead. Hope management take on board this feedback as there’s potential here for the hotel to become and absolute gem.

This is a no frills room: bed, desk, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There's no closet or anything else. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Three neighborhood is nice, clean, and vibrant.

Very clean, not bad location, middle of Edgward road , 5 min from tube station walk

It’s a small but wonderful hotel. About 7 mins walking distance to the metro. Shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room looks newly-renovated. It has all the basics. The phone doesn’t work though. The cleaning staff could improve a bit more too. The shampoo and hand soap dispenser were empty when we arrived. The next day, it was still empty. And the following day again after that. On our 3rd day, the receptionist finally went to our room to fill it up for us. Other than that, everything went fine.

The hotel was awesome and friendly staff, the location was very convenient.
