Had a great stay, staff are kind , pleasant, accomodating especially Ms Leah, not only to us but as well as to our Fur babies, surely i will be back here😊

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during one of our worktrips. This is a budget-friendly hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Big thanks to the staff who are accommodating and approachable. Free coffee and drinking water per floor is a plus. Some things to note on: It is affected by the rotational brownouts. Noise from nearby bars can be heard in rooms. In total, I will still recommend this hotel as the positive sides outweighs the negatives.

Pros: Good location, warm staff, unlimited coffee, right at the heart of el nido, nearby restaurants, ATM, port Cons: 1. Hot shower not working in Room #2 — they mentioned that there are rooms that’s dependent to solar. Its a bit hard to take a shower if you have an early tour 2. Street noise - typically, bar ends at 2am. My room has a private balcony so you can clearly hear the noise outside as the divider is only a sliding door. I’d suggest to remove the balcony and cover it with wall instead of sliding door to lessen the noise. 3. Private balcony but has the aircon exhaust — not sure why they put an exhaust aircon in the balcony. You cannot use your private balcony as you gonna feel like you’re in sauna :(. Altho its good for keeping your wet clothes be dried. 4. WIFI — wifi is very slow in my room. The screenshot that I have attached is at the common area in 2nd floor. It works there better. They have a table where you can work if you’re on a remote working. Despite these challenges, I’d still give it a five star. The Town — the credits should be given to Leah and your staff. They tried to solve the issue but they cannot switch rooms as you were already fully-booked by then. I’ll make sure not to be checked-in in a room that’s solar-dependent so that my hot shower will work next time. Hope you can fix this while its on a low-season.

The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The place is clean and comfortable, with a coffee area and a nice balcony. The air-conditioning is refreshingly cold, and the surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Overall, it’s a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.
