Holiday Inn is my all time favourite, whether travelling alone or with family, my children favourite time is always the breakfast time with plenty to choose from regardless which country we stay in, Holiday Inn never fail us in terms of comfort, service and counter staff hospitality, thank you for always making us feel at home in whichever Holiday Inn we stay in. sincere thanks from a Malaysian tourist....

Pros . Very close to tube station . Nice breakfast (room service available with 5 pounds extra charge) Cons . No door or curtain for shower booth

It was a good hotel. They prioritised my early check in as had an event although the staff could have been more friendlier and I also had to ask 5 times for more towels as they didn't provide enough. It was an easy walk to both the central line and elizabeth line. There's starbucks inside the hotel but they didn't do good coffee tbh. The lounge seating areas were good and lively. So many seats, bar, restaurant and free water for the hot weather. The aircon was alright but it wouldn't go colder even when changing the settings. I do recommend the hotel as its good value for money and have mostly what you need

Fast check in process. Staff generally are quite friendly and informative. Room is considered spaces as I was given executive room with extra bed in the room. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, body wash ,hand wash etc...plus point is the body lotion provided too. Toothbrush and room slippers given upon request .We alight at Arton main line which is further to walk to hotel. Should have alighted at North Arton as it is a lot closer. Tesco,Sunbury, Dominos, Subway etc.... just few steps away. Morning breakfast is included but menu is tge same throughout my 10 days stay. This should improve otherwise quite a pleasant stay.
