The Nest

We stayed at The Nest for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a very comfortable stay. The room is chalet-style with an attached bathroom. It was clean when we arrived, with clean bedsheets, comfortable pillows, functioning air-conditioning and fan, and a small freezer. The bathroom was also well equipped with shower cream and shampoo, a working water heater, and good water pressure. One thing I really liked is that the property still feels quite new. Some of the chalets and parts of the walkway are still being completed, but for us this was actually reassuring because the room itself felt fresh, clean and well maintained. I also loved that the window could be opened to let in the ocean breeze. The beach is very close and easily accessible on foot, which made the stay feel very relaxing. The owner was very friendly and kind, and he even provided us with a food directory which was very helpful. There are also several warung around the area, so you can enjoy a morning stroll and easily find somewhere nearby for breakfast or local food. There is also a seafood restaurant within walking distance. Overall, The Nest is a simple, clean and comfortable place to stay in Cherating. I especially liked that the room felt new and fresh, the beach was nearby, and the owner was genuinely welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again

Overall nice place. We were greeted by the owner the moment we arrived and he was very nice. Room and toilet was clean. All attractions are within walking range
