It was great price for me because I got a special deal but otherwise it might be a bit expensive normally. It is a bit far from Uxbridge but there are some shops and a food within 5 mins drive so was OK. Rooms clean and modern. Would stay there again if the price is right.

Stayed overnight to visit Harefield Hospital . Double room was quite small but had a nice comfy bed , so had a good nights sleep . Shower was over the bath and was hot with good water pressure . There was an iron and ironing board in the room . My grandson enjoyed using the pool , but it was not in use on the morning of checkout due to swimming lessons, but i spoke to reception and they let him use it after checkout later in the day . The food and drinks in the resturant was very tasty but i bit expensive . The area area outside the hotel is nice to sit and relax . My only issue was the cleaning lady was knocking our door at 9.15 on the day of checkout ready to clean when checkout was at 11am , and she came back a second time before 11am . Please note there is a traffic diversion getting to the hotel , so if using a sat nav you may have to reroute .

The hotel location is very pleasant with gardens & sports facilities & pool, There were lots of children around & in the pool so swimming wasn’t easy, but it was a very hot weekend. The rooms were very clean & beds comfortable, a fan was a very welcome addition as no air con in the room. Hairdryer & ironing facilities excellent. Shower very good. However, it was a very busy weekend & I felt maybe the hotel had overbooked the number of customers, there were very few staff, insufficient for the numbers in the hotel, the dining area was like a canteen, food was not topped up regularly, tables not cleared, people waiting for food & tables as used, the dining room ran out of mugs for beverages & plates for breakfast buffet, only 2 waiters working the area & one was very new & didn’t seem to understand what was required. The food served in the bar in the evening was good. Bar staff were overwhelmed but friendly, when my friend asked to see the manager over an issue she had, she was told he can’t see you he’s too busy !! There were a number of people complaining at reception as we passed through on occasions. The bar area & outdoor patio were not cleaned & straightened after a busy evening. I feel the manager needs to have another look at staffing levels & the numbers he accept booking in order to provide a positive customer service. I hope the wedding which was also taking place that weekend got a proper service for their guests.

Bit worn, staff at the breakfast have very poor customer service. Receptionist was nice but kept forgetting she had said I could have an hours late checkout and calling the room. Only one shower for the pool and gym combined. All the lockers are broken and the gym very tired. Sitting on the carpet in the room and gym made me want to wash my hands asap

Having work done on home so needed somewhere local. Great location and facilities. Some staff speak to you around the hotel others don’t even acknowledge. Expensive if there are no deals on.
