My wife and I stayed here for one night. The location is perfect with car parking for guests outside the front door. Short walk to view of waterfall, and across the pedestrian bridge to the old town. The room was quite small, with nowhere to unpack our bags properly but that didn't matter for one night. Bathroom size was good though. Hotel was clean and modern, staff were friendly, and there were no problems checking in or out. The small negatives: Cash only, so make sure you have some to pay for the hotel. No elevator, but only 2 floors. Air-conditioning wasn't the greatest, but OK.
