Ensure that large amounts are not put down the toilet at once, and nothing other than toilet paper and human waste must be deposited. Pets: Required to be on a leash or contained at all times as there are kangaroos, koalas, abundant bird life and reptiles on the property periodically. Koalas in particular are very vulnerable when it comes to dog bites. Even a curios nip can eventually kill them because of infection. Note: There is a pet fee to cover extra cleaning etc. per booking. Please note: Wood is not supplied in the booking and so should you wish to use the fire pit, it is important to remember to bring your own wood. This is available at the service station on the way into Paynesville and also at Iga. The property is subject to occasional infestation of biting insects and so it is important to remember to bring a good quality spray, such as bushman brand. Bug spray, bug zapper and mosquito coils supplied. No smoking or vaping inside. Additional cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is broken.
