• House Rules

• Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 upon check-in. If no damage is found during the stay, the full deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

• - Please ensure that only the number of guests included in the reservation stay at the property. Outside visitors are not permitted to enter the property for gatherings or parties.

• - Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your stay without any refund of the accommodation fee or security deposit.

• - Please wear proper swimwear when using the swimming pool. Diving/jumping into the pool and throwing any rubbish into the pool are strictly prohibited.

• - Please do not move any furniture, either within the house or outside the property.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A cleaning fee of THB 3,000 will be charged for any violation.

• - Please clean all kitchen equipment and dishes before check-out. If you prefer not to do so, a cleaning fee of THB 500 will apply.

• - Your security deposit will be refunded after check-out, no later than 3:00 PM, once the property has been inspected.

• - If you would like to receive your security deposit immediately at check-out, please make sure all of your belongings have been packed and removed from the house before the inspection.

• - ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องวางเงินประกันความเสียหายที่สามารถขอคืนได้ จำนวน 1,000 บาท ณ วันเช็คอิน หากไม่พบความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการเข้าพัก ทางที่พักจะคืนเงินประกันเต็มจำนวนให้แก่ผู้เข้าพักในวันเช็คเอาท์ค่ะ

• - กรุณาเข้าพักตามจำนวนผู้เข้าพักที่ระบุไว้ในการจอง และขอความกรุณาไม่นำบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาภายในที่พักเพื่อจัดงานสังสรรค์หรือร่วมเข้าพัก

• - เพื่อความปลอดภัยและความเป็นระเบียบของที่พัก ขอความกรุณาไม่กระทำการใด ๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หากมีการฝ่าฝืน ทางที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการเข้าพักทันที โดยไม่คืนค่าที่พักและเงินประกันความเสียหาย

• - กรุณาสวมชุดว่ายน้ำทุกครั้งเมื่อใช้สระว่ายน้ำ และขอความร่วมมือไม่กระโดดลงสระ รวมถึงไม่ทิ้งขยะหรือสิ่งของใด ๆ ลงในสระว่ายน้ำ

• - เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายของทรัพย์สิน ขอความกรุณาไม่เคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ทั้งภายในบ้านพักและนำออกไปใช้งานภายนอก

• - ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบ้านพัก หากพบการสูบบุหรี่ภายในอาคาร จะมีค่าปรับ 3,000 บาท สำหรับค่าทำความสะอาดและกำจัดกลิ่น

• - กรุณาล้างทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ครัวและภาชนะก่อนเช็คเอาท์ หากไม่สะดวก ทางที่พักมีบริการทำความสะอาด โดยมีค่าบริการ 500 บาท

• - เงินประกันความเสียหายจะได้รับคืนหลังจากทางที่พักตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของบ้านพัก โดยจะดำเนินการคืนให้ไม่เกินเวลา 15:00 น. ของวันเช็คเอาท์

• - หากท่านประสงค์จะรับเงินประกันคืนทันทีในขณะเช็คเอาท์ กรุณาเก็บสัมภาระและขนย้ายของใช้ส่วนตัวออกจากบ้านพักให้เรียบร้อย เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถเข้าตรวจสอบบ้านพักได้ทันที
