Please don't go without talk to them and arranging a meeting first for collect the keys, however the location is very good with plenty of buses and train West Croydon about 15 minutes away. I strongly recommend if you want go to London this place is ideal.

Is very nice People are friendly

We stayed here and checked in late. The host was nice enough, however there were a few problems with our room. The light didn't work so we had to use a lamp to see, the room was dusty, we were supposed to have an extra bed set up before we arrived but didn't. I told him it was late and we would make do, however I did find a bed base and mattress which I set up myself. The bedding with it wasn't clean so I had to tell my daughter to use a towel as a blanket. In the morning, we went to the self service breakfast room, however the milk smelled like it was about to go off, the fruit had clearly been sitting out for a few weeks and was dusty. The orange juice in the fridge was moldy which begs the question of how often things are thrown out and replaced. I just wanted to get out of there and we went to Tescos to get the fruit the kids wanted.
