Loved the hotel but found reception staff very slow and miserable

Returned to enjoy for third year!

Rooms are a little dated but the hotel is absolutely immaculate, from the reception, to room, pool area and restaurant. First time here, price was a steal. Pool view room - Living area - tv with a range of channels, The Chase, Pointless, News 🤣. Day bed in living area with pull out bed underneath and separate bed again with pull out bed. Kitchen - fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker (proper electric 2 hobs) , all utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Table and chairs. Bathroom - Bath that a full grown person can lie in 🫣, shower over bath, toilet, bidet large sink and full mirror. Bedroom - 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, dressing table with drawer, full length mirror. Built in wardrobes with drawers and lots of hangers. Extra duvets and pillows in wardrobes. Balcony - full length of the room. Both double patio doors in livingroom and bedroom open up onto the balcony with table, chairs and clothes horse. Air-conditioning in both rooms and was powerful and worked 💪 Restaurant food was all freshly prepared then cooked and served. Not fast food but my goodness definitely fresh food which is exactly what we love. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Although we didn't participate in the night entertainment it was advertised and something on every night. Location was perfect for us with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, everything you can ask for on your door step. I can not rave enough about this hotel.

Stayed for two nights and found reception and restaurant staff extremely helpful and courteous. Isabella and day staff on reception were very welcoming. Food and cocktails are very good. My only criticisms are old air-conditioning system and phone in my room not working.
