Good hotel and recommended to stay

The hotel was very clean, 😍comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service. The room was spacious, peaceful, and had all the necessary facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

I was misled by the ratings that I saw in the site. Little did I know that the ratings were all cooked up by posting the reviews by the employees themselves. Starting from Office space - there was none. I was directed into a dungeon with a broken chair. waited to be attended to and after 20 minutes, a boy comes up and asks for our reason of visit. When told that I have made on line booking and reservation, they first refused to recognise you and said that I have to payup again, and I need to take up with Agoda for the refund. Upon arguing back, accepted the online payment. No water in the room, No coffee nor any other facilities. Upon asking for morning coffee, was rudely shouted upon, if we wanted, then we had to fend for ourselves. This is sort of service this 4.7 rating upon 5 is giving. So you can choose this at your own risk, This is my honest review.

Look new hotel but it is far away from central part of karur. Everytime we have to spend not less than 400 Rs for up and down charges on cab. You have not provided TV connection and wifi is on and off. Try to improve the basic facilities. Absolutely no one there to cleantbecroom and change the bed sheet.
