But can rent a bicyele from the shop near to the station and ride to this hotel (around 15 mins) easy because the raod is flat. The cons of this hotel is the WC is not functioning well due to old buildings.

Good stay
Beautiful location being right by the rice paddies and the shared patio is an awesome view. Keep in mind without transport such as bikes or a car you are quite far from the town of Chishang for getting food or supplies!Room itself is nice but beds were a little hard and a lack of curtains over some windows mean an eye mask is a necessity!

A great place to stay in the rice paddies.
Facilities were fine. Staff weren’t always there so messaging through Line might be needed. Staff were friendly and helpful when present. Would recommend :)

Stunning location and accommodation
What a beautiful place to stay. Overlooking the rice fields in Chishang, stunning views, and the accommodation itself is really beautiful and fits in so well with the scenery. A little far from the train station so a vehicle is needed to get there but so worth it. Our host was really friendly and helpful too, and there are 2 adorable kittens who love to cuddle and play, an added bonus.

a countryside retreat
I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hostel. The owner was friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the activities available in the surrounding area. Even though the location of this hostel was a short drive from the train station, it provided a magnificent view of the vast beauty of Chishang. The air is fresh and the hostel was conveniently located close to the most of the main attractions in Chishang. This made it very convenient for me to tour Chishang. According to the owner, they designed and crafted the layout and furniture of the rooms themselves. The family room that I stayed in was appropriately designed for the enjoyment and excitement of the kids while not compromising the comfort youngsters and adults alike. I strongly recommend others to stay at this hostel and experience the beauty of Chishang and the friendliness of the people that live here starting right at their doorstep.
