The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The room was nice, but very warm due to the lack of AC. There was a small table fan, but it didn’t help much. The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable for us. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, and the pool area is relaxing. However, children up to age 15 are only allowed in the spa area (pool) between 8 and 11 AM, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the facilities. They have a nice billiard table available from 10 AM to 10 PM. There is also a ping pong table, but the rackets are in very poor condition. It should be an easy and inexpensive fix, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to be a priority, which is a shame since it would provide another activity for kids. The hotel restaurant serves great food, but it is very pricey, with a limited selection and rather small portions. Check the menu close to your stay, as it changes over time.
