It was nice staying here. The room was very clean, and breakfast was superb. We arrived early and the great front desk staff said they could help us get an early room given one was available. They put us into a ground floor where we had to walk up and down around 2-3 staircases with heavy bags, jet-lagged, and with a 4 year old, and sent to a basement room with minimal light and high window. When I complained, they easily swapped us to an elevated room of the same room type but on the 3rd floor, with lift. Why not just do that at the beginning of it was clearly available? It was really only this reason we were a little upset over the hotel operations. We were also surprised to to be told at check-out we would need to pay for an early check-in when this was never raised at the outset. But then again, we were just happy the staff made amends fast - they were nice people, but just astounds me why they did what they did.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, only about a block away from the central station. It is also just less than 10 minutes walk from the main shopping areas. the breakfast is very good but never changes so if you stay here more than 3 days, you may get tired of it. The shower tends to spill over a lot of water into the sink area bec it doesnt have anything that separates the two areas. The hairdryer is old so it wasn't helpful to me at all during my stay. I've asked for extra hangers for almost 3 days and always was told there is none left in the whole hotel. It's overall a decent hotel but don't expect to be wowed. :)

The hotel itself was good, it has great facilities and a convenient location. However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. I had requested a high-floor room but was instead given a room on the lowest floor. When I arrived, the hotel was not busy, yet I struggled to find my way to my room as the layout was a bit complicated. I ended up walking around for quite a while trying to locate the correct entrance. What stood out most was that the staff at reception saw me clearly having difficulty but did not approach or offer any assistance. I had to go back to the desk twice to ask for directions. Although they explained where to go, they did not offer to guide me or ensure I found the way, despite having the time to do so. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, the lack of attentiveness and helpfulness from the reception staff was disappointing.

Breakfast was amazing! Location is absolutely great, if you're traveling to the airport or anywhere else, should be your first choice.

Good but very small rooms didn’t expect such small ones specially since I planned to stay for 5 days. Nevertheless good location and overall great only while booking be sure the room size u r gonna get
