Skyline Homestay Tà Xùa

READ - BEWARE OF THIS PERSON. The owner owns Minh Chau Limousine as well; note that if you are traveling from Hanoi to Ta Xua on their bus it is the same owner. I arrived at 1:15PM and was informed that my room would not be available. They made no attempt to contact me before hand to let me know. I had to try and find alternative places to stay instead. What they offered me - some sort of shared room shack that had multiple entrances and no privacy. The doors led to other people's rooms, and they would have had to enter through the room they tried to give me as an alternative to the single room w/ a mountain view. This was outrageous. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, I instead had them find an alternative place for me to stay (another homestay in town) for 1 night and book me a bus home for the next day. They charged me for the room I stayed in, even though this was entirely their fault. The room I stayed in was a single room, but with windows that were open for people to see into. Again, no privacy. Skyline is off the main room, so it is very quiet. Where they stuck me instead - on the main road, noisy, honking, music, karaoke. NOT a pleasant stay. They booked me on a bus for the next day to return a day early. However, the bus driver attempted to kick me off the bus multiple times, including once on the side of the road at an abandoned gas station. The bus driver also expected ME to pay, as did the owner. I had the owner cover the cost as I had already paid for a return bus the following day. Incredibly unprofessional. Horrible people. DO NOT GO HERE.
