I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were very courteous, humble, and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their helpful and friendly attitude really made a positive difference. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Positives: Friendly staff and clean rooms (4/5). Convenient bus access and a great nearby Masjid (4/5). Location is also good (4/5). Downsides: Facilities are average (3/5)—no restaurant, limited parking, and no gym. Issues: Check-in took 35 mins instead of the promised 20 because the receptionist forgot us. That said, his manager was notably more efficient and helpful. The room didn't match the booking photos, which felt misleading (needed photos updated). Also, the bed height was uncomfortably high for my entire family. Value for money: Average (3/5). Thank you.

The hotel is very clean, modern, everything is in place. The workers are amazing and helpful. It’s very very new and the price is amazing. 24 hours shuttle to haram. Stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed every minute there. The only downside is the reception staff aren’t very cooperative and should be more helpful regarding requests and dealing with guests more warmly and be less aggressive . Otherwise everything deserves 5 stars and highly recommended staying there.

Excellent value. Fantastic staff. Great stay. Better bathroom than most others in Makkah.
