It is a nice place to relax but really needs someone who can manage this place better. The bathroom is dirty, no notice when checking in for water maintenance, to pay over RM200 per night but having river water and smelly is bad when no sorry or notice. The service is terrible at the restaurant. The stairs to the room covered with moss at one side and slippery. It is a shame to have such a great beautiful place surrounds by nature without maintenance work. My suggestion to management is to really give staff training, put on smile, clean and tidy up the place and maintain it.

I stayed from 24 Aug to 25 Aug 2026. I paid RM400 for one night for the Arabian Tent with View, plus an additional RM54 for breakfast for two people. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the price at all. For the breakfast, the menu was extremely limited considering the price of RM27 per person. We only had white rice with chicken curry, bread, and a few basic items. The Koko Krunch provided tasted cheap and was already soggy. The bread was also soft and not fresh, and there were no kuih or other local breakfast options. For RM27 per person, I expected much better variety and quality. As for the tent, we initially got Arabian Tent 05, and the tent was honestly very mouldy. We had to call several times before the management responded, and the response was quite slow. Eventually, they moved us to Tent 04, but unfortunately, the toilet there had an extremely strong urine smell. We asked the staff to clean it, but the smell was still there. The toilet design is also quite inconvenient. Instead of proper tiles, they used stones, which can easily absorb urine and leave a lingering smell if the area is not cleaned properly. This made the toilet very unpleasant to use. The bedsheets and blankets were also itchy and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to feel relaxed during the stay. Another disappointing part was the buggy service. The older male buggy driver we encountered was not friendly or welcoming at all. He did not smile or seem approachable, which unfortunately added to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. For RM400 per night, I genuinely expected a much better level of cleanliness, comfort, service and facilities. Sadly, I don't feel that the experience was worth what we paid, and I would not consider staying here again.
