Everything was great. Bed sheets, towels and overall cleanliness 👍🏻👍🏻 a lot better than a lot of hotels with dirty or stain bed sheets and towels. Aircon is cold and tv works. Small little hiccup is that the drainage drains water way too slow. Have alerted the staff and maybe the next customer won’t have the issue.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and the location was very convenient. Everything was good and I had a pleasant stay overall. Just one thing that made it a little difficult to sleep.... the water pipes can get VERY loud. Every time someone turns on the water, it sounded like a freaking ship’s horn. 😂 It literally feels like a ship is about to leave the harbour. Hopefully the hotel can check the plumbing because apart from that, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

My second stay here and I’m still happy with the place. The room was clean, comfortable and everything was good. I really appreciate the host for being so kind and helpful. I asked for a 30-minute late checkout, and they kindly allowed it for free. Really appreciate that. 🙏 Good place, good service and definitely a place I would stay again. 👍

We’ve stayed here seven times, and our previous experiences were generally good. Unfortunately, this recent stay hasn’t been as pleasant as before. 1. Itching After Sleeping My partner’s body gets itchy after sleeping here. Are the bedsheets and mattress covers being washed properly? The mattress itself should also be vacuumed regularly, not just the covers washed. Please look into this, as cleanliness is important for every guest. 2. Noisy Bed The bed makes noises like it’s about to break or collapse. Please don’t wait until it actually breaks before replacing it. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with this, and it’s certainly not their fault. 3. TV Language Please make sure the TV is set to English. Every time we stay here, the TV is set to Chinese again, and we have to change it ourselves. Keeping it in English would make things much easier for us. Please consider setting English as the default language for guests’ convenience. We’ve returned seven times because we genuinely enjoyed our previous stays. It’s disappointing to experience these issues after so many visits. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback seriously and address these problems to improve the experience for future guests.
