I should start with the good ones. The place is nice. Every room is very clean. Also, there are two bathrooms which is good. It has complete amenities. However, if you bring a car, the free parking mentioned is only at the road, in front of the property. NOT A PRIVATE PARKING SPACE/LOT. The road is also the main road for the tricycles. The smart lock also became a problem. It doesn’t connect to the app installed on my phone. I contacted the owner and parang napipilitan pa na tulungan kami. Pinapasa kami sa FB Page nila which needs to be contacted pa thru WhatsApp. Another install nanaman ng app?? The staff there also does not know how to operate the app. I’m good at tech pa nyan ah cuz I am an IT professional. Ayaw nila maniwala na hindi maconnect yung app and smart lock. They said to “just connect” it. It stresses me so much. Anyways, the check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 pm and because of the smart lock, 2:30 na kami nakapasok sa property.

Great place but poor customer service.

Exceptional

We had such a wonderful stay! The place is so nice, peaceful, and relaxing—you can really rest and unwind here. Everything you need is already provided, and the place is complete, clean, and very well-organized. You can really tell that the hosts put a lot of effort into making the place comfortable for their guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for another getaway in the future. Highly recommended! 🤍
