• 1. A refundable security deposit of ₹2,500 will be collected prior to check-in and fully returned at checkout unless the place requires deep cleaning due to excessive mess or misplacing/damaging any items/furniture at the property.

• 2. We strictly prohibit consumption of illegal substances at the property.

• 3. Movie projector is available

• 4. If smoking, use the outdoor spaces, except the garden. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the building.

• 5. We do not allow sticking of any decorations, use of party poppers or confetti. You are responsible for removing any decorations used at the place.

• 6. House is fully equipped with solar power

• 7. In extremely windy rainy weather, advice to close the windows and doors as the water could enter home through wind as the house is surrounded by mountains

• 8. Only the number of people for whom booking is made are allowed into the property. Floating guests are not permitted. Additional guests require prior approval. Drivers and other helps are counted as additional guests if residing in the property.

• 9. Furniture at the property should not be moved

• 10. We currently do not offer food at the property. There are restaurants in the 5-6 kms radius. Swiggy/Zomato are deliverable too. Our kitchen is also equipped to cook meals by yourself. We have a pantry of ready to cook items such as maggi which you can use at a charge.

• 11. ⁠Pets are not permitted to stay in guest bed. Pets are allowed only with request and at an additional cleaning charge of Rs 600 per pet. Also extra pet bed will be provided.

• 12. Chairs are not allowed in garden, let’s protect the grass. Prefer bare foot

• 13. Footwear needs to be kept outside house

• 14. Do not pluck or damage the garden plants and trees. Do not pour alcohol or any such liquid to garden. Keep it maintained.

• 15. Food is not allowed inside garden and any bedrooms. Please respect this guidelines
