• We are absolutely thrilled to host you! Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable staycation. To help you settle in and make the most of your time here, we’ve put together this handy guide containing everything you need to know about the property.

• Have a wonderful stay!

• 1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

• Security deposit required upon arrival in the unit

• 2,000 PHP fully refundable if damage and missing item in the unit upon check out to be checked by our house keeping team.

• Room Access Configuration

• To help us prepare the space perfectly for your stay, please note our room allocation based on your booking:

• 2 Guests (Couples): Exclusive access to Room 1.

• 2 Guests (Non-couples / Twin share): Exclusive access to Room 2.

• 3 Guests and above: Full access to both Room 1 and Room 2.

• Note: Kindly let us know which setup applies to your group so we can arrange the beds, fresh linens, and pillows properly before your arrival.

• On Departure: Please ensure all appliances and AC units are turned off, windows are locked, and the keys are placed back in the lockbox.

• Smart TV: The TV is equipped with streaming apps. You are welcome to log into your personal accounts (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Please remember to log out before checking out.

• 3. Climate Control (AC & Heating)

• Air Conditioning: The unit is equipped with remote-controlled AC units. Please use the dedicated remotes to adjust the temperature.

• Eco-Friendly Request: To help us care for the environment (and our equipment), kindly turn off the AC units and lights whenever you step out of the property.

• 4. Kitchen & Appliances

• Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare light meals!

• Microwave & Cooktop: Please ensure appliances are wiped down after use.

• Refrigerator: Complimentary water and coffee are there for you to enjoy. Feel free to store your own food items here.

• Trash Disposal: Please place all food waste in the kitchen bin.

• 5. Bathroom & Amenities

• Hot Water: Available for your comfort via the toilet water heater.

• Important Note: Do not adjust the water heater settings use the switch only for On/Off.

• Toilet Etiquette: Our plumbing is sensitive. Please do not flush wet wipes, sanitary products, or paper towels down the toilet. Kindly use the trash bin provided.

• Linens: Clean bath towels and bed linens are provided for your stay.

• 6. Washing Machine Use

• Our outdoor washing machine is not included in the standard stay package.

• If you need to use it during your stay, it is available for a minimal utility fee of 500 PHP per load. Thank you for your understanding!

• 7. House Rules (Quick Highlights)

• To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for you and our neighbors, please observe the following:

• Occupancy: Base pricing is set for 2 guests. Please ensure the total number of guests matches your booking reservation.

• No Smoking/Vaping: Casa Maria is a strictly smoke-free space. Smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in a penalty fee for deep cleaning.

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a respectful volume between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

• No Parties: Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• 8. Emergency & Support

• If you experience any issues with the property or have an emergency, please contact us immediately via the Airbnb app.
